Does allowing social disorder constitute "compassion?"

The picture below was snapped this morning in White Plains, New York. It is a modest alcove besides a chain drug store (in which an individual was "resting" beneath the automated cash registers and news stand. I live in this county. We pay a lot of state, federal and local taxes. Does our compassion for the downtrodden of all nations mean that this is acceptable?

We are paying for armies of police officers, social works, and sanitation workers. We are putting "asylum seekers" up in hotels, giving them cash benefits and their children "education." Do we get, in exchange, the stench of urine and feces? Is this really "compassion?"

And, worthy of note, each of those two (littered) packs of cigarettes probably cost $13 (the minimum price in 2018) or more.

Compassion for the Left is giving an addict a clean needle, instead of helping him kick a habit which will eventually kill him soon.

Compassion is helping an unwed mother murder her child before it is born instead of helping her care for the child or give it up for adoption for couples all over the country who desperately want one but cannot conceive.

They view compassion as giving birth control to children, while at the same time, knowing a crime has been committed if they have sex underage.

Compassion is letting criminals out of jail because the vast majority are of color as they kill, steal, and destroy whatever they desire.

Compassion, the term used by the Left as a dog whistle for lawless anarchy.
