Legitimate question.

The justice system seems to transform the innocent/confused/desperate into convoluted and resentful scumbags.

I theorize that the justice system actually creates more evil and hate in society than it actually ends up eliminating.

Thread screwed up. My bad.

The title is...

Does the justice system produce more evil than it handles?

Jails have always been a school for crims.
In the current overcrowded, understaffed conditions this is more apparent than ever.
The real tragedy is that the 'War on Drugs', which is really a war on users, has turned so many relatively harmless pot-heads into habitual crims.

The govt. and companies want to make sure you are under economic malaise..

Yeah, it is pretty clear that the justice system is not designed as a preventive measure against violent crime.

You have members of society judging human life with their worthless opinions, at the behest of the ruling class.

Adding insult to injury, they try to recondition those on the inside.

Notice that the wealthy are treated differently than poor folks..?

As it has been, for hundreds of years. If society didn't have a class of people to fear, they might begin to scrutinize the ruling class.
Can't have that!

Check that. It has been that way for thousands of years.

There always needs to be a designated enemy of the state, foreign or domestic. If there is no scapegoat, people will start challenging their rulers.

It is no coincidence that the US is only unified during war. Probably the best thing that ever happened to the US was WW2 and the cold war.

Why are you using 1994 statistics?

No. It doesn't. Can you learn new tricks? Sure. Does it produce them? No.

Is this post semantically oriented? Yes.

More hardened criminals come out of the justice system then go through it.

Is that better? Yes, it is.

And your ‘theory’ is as ridiculous as it is wrong.
