There are many languages spoken in the United States -- primarily in urban areas (i.e. San Francisco, New York City, Dearborn, Minneapolis), which is far more than just two. I don't give a shit about Bolivia or India for using multiple languages, but we don't expect nor should expect to go into a foreign country and take over its culture.

You forgot to take into account that 85% of those immigrants are working. Working harder than Americans do and many holding down 2 or even 3 jobs. Currently the immigrant population is adding 3.1 trillion dollars to the economy every year.
