He could be planning to step over the bounds demanded by the judge, and has chosen NY as the place where he can have the most impact.

Trump needs to stand up for his 1st. amendment rights or he will lose s very symbolic battle to the court.

This could be the test to determine whether or not the court means business and whether or not there are laws that apply to a past president?
