We set up the Bill of Rights to protect due process, free speech and press
and right to petition to redress grievances. But if we rely on LAWYERS to
enforce it, and their associations are in cahoots with campaigns to elect
judges and the people who appoint judges, this goes in circles.

People have to check govt. We can't ever hand over so much power

Dear Daryl Hunt: intent can never be proven but remains faith based.
that's why the Fifth Amendment works, because in the end only you can represent yourself when it comes to faith-based matters.
The lawyers know this, and will counsel people to do whatever you can to skirt the laws because you can never proven intent.
