If a Christian going to cherry pick the biblical laws they want to follow and ignore the laws they don't, then why not ignore the laws that depict people of a certain sexual orientation or gender identity as being worthy of condemnation? Justifying a personal bias on an ancient biblical law when you blatantly ignore other ancient biblical laws doesn't seem like something Jesus would do.

I suggest you find a church that teaches the Bible.But,i think most of the stuff in the bible was rules for a tribe that live like a thousand years ago.
I watched a bit, up to the part where she says "I found out that I was a lesbian". First of all, the Bible is perfect. I believe God is able to give and keep his Word. Man can twist it and pervert it, but the Bible is true. Secondly, the fact she believes that the Bible is wrong because she's a lesbian is sad. The truth is she's a sinner like everyone else and needs to repent and believe on Jesus.

If we did not know that it was a mammal, it would be natural to call it a bird. To the Hebrews of ancient times, calling it a bird was perfectly logical. But, in modern times, we categorize animal species more specifically and have categorized the bat as a mammal and not a bird.
Also, we must be aware that modern science has a different classification system than in ancient times. To the ancients, creatures such as a bat were considered birds since they categorized all flying animals as birds. If that is the category that they used, then they were correct. It is not an error. It is a difference in categorization procedures. The critic has imposed a modern system of categorization upon the ancient text and then said that the Bible is wrong. This is a big error in thinking.
