I think the ACA works well enough for the poor and the wealthy dont need it, though it could work a lot better.replaced with what? A health Savings Account that these people can put money that they don't have, in to it, tax free, for their own health care costs?
It is the Middle Class that is going to get hammered by the rise in premiums and deductibles, not the poor.
And it is the Middle Class that elects the President, not the rich or the poor.
