New offshore drilling is rather pointless in today's fracking environment. Fracking is much cheaper. Those offshore platforms cost huge bucks.

No doubt, put in refinerys up here in the Dakotas. There is nothing up here anyway it would bring in great high paying jobs into the area. To replace the great high paying jobs in coal Barry kicked out of here.
