People who don't agree with Right Wing Conservative thinking automatically think everything is racist. Here's one: Right Wing Conservatives believe vouchers enable inner city Black children to get out of poor performing schools while Liberal elite white people view vouchers as a threat to their coffers to first pay cronies and bureaucrats then address inner city schools. If there is not enough money, call anyone racist that dares stands in your ways as you attempt to get more.

Your example doesn't support your point, dumbass. Even after rigorous testing, men drugs are found to have side effects that cause the FDA to take them off the market. They don't test for "certain side effects." They test for any side effects.
