Considering the percentage of non-whites to whites, it's likely that there will be more whites in different career fields.

Agencies go for beauty. Period. And companies who hire advertisers are usually targeting a specific consumer group.

Libs have this strange mental condition that causes them to think that colors of people should be perfectly balance everywhere. Some people must spent all their time looking at the color of people's skin and counting how many of each there are. They rearranged school children to satisfy their need for evenly distributed color. They want to rearrange neighborhoods to make sure things are even. It never stops.

I've never heard black models sue because they are rejected due to race. Of course, the left doesn't wait for a problem to exist before trying to "solve" it. They have fits if there aren't enough black police officers, teachers, doctors, etc. And they never consider that many not a lot of blacks were interested in doing those things. They assume that someone stopped them from becoming a professional this or that and they want to take action. Even though many of the assumptions are dead wrong, they still impose their solutions on people.

Choosing models is pretty much totally subjective . Unlike the nba ( sports in general ) which you can tell who is the best player.

So yeah. Racism is there .

Employers choose models that will sell their product or at the least, get people to pay attention to their commercials. Blacks are a minority in this country and black models mostly appeal to black men.
