F-16 Crashes at March AFB in SoCal

New, so news is iffy but pilot ejected safely, plane went into a warehouse with no fatalities reported yet. Live ordinance on the plane so the nearby freeway has been closed. No fire which I find strange.

That is crazy. Looks like it just dropped straight down out of the sky, looking at the hole in the warehouse, and the plane sitting in it.

Chances are that loud noise was the ejection seat.

Had you read the article you would have seen where they said the crash activated the sprinkler system in the building and one witness said within seconds he was ankle deep in water. THAT'S probably why there was no fire.

There's always fumes which are actually more flammable...and hydraulics.....it's really strange how it didn't burn something....maybe something in the warehouse, tho I can't imagine what. There are lots and lots of warehouses along 215 in that area.

You are speculating as I am. The jet could still have run out of fuel regardless of the sprinkler system coming on. I also don't see ankle deep water in the video, do you?
