The jury wasn't told about Floyd wasn't murdered. The coroner's report said there was no proof of suffocation. The jury disagreed.
End of story.

The way information was withheld from the defense team and the jury. Our legal system sucks. Just look how da's are going after trump for political reasons.Yep.
If you think another country has a better legal system feel free to move there.
Nobody has agreed on such a thing. The judge simply entered judgment on the jury's verdict. All that was found is that the chokehold could have contributed to the death of that bitch, who had breathing troubles resulting from Covid-19 infection and heavy drug use. No sane judge would ever allow a murder charge to be presented to a jury under these circumstances. The conviction is more the result of the court giving in to the mob than administering justice.Once you eliminate the tainted evidence the OJK jury was correct.
The remaining evidence combined with demonstrable bad police behavior left the jury no choice but to return a finding of not guilty.
OJ did it and the case was open and shut till the LAPD decided it needed to help convict rather than simply gather evidence and report.
The jury, the judge, and the appeals courts have all agreed.
George was murdered.
Take of those MAGA colored glasses and you'll see it for yourself.
Yet other experts asserted that he did and under testimony Baker stated that Floyd did not die directly from his heart issues. The jury wasn't told about Floyd wasn't murdered. The coroner's report said there was no proof of suffocation.
None of the indictments are for "political reasons".The way information was withheld from the defense team and the jury. Our legal system sucks. Just look how da's are going after trump for political reasons.
Yep.
If you think another country has a better legal system feel free to move there.
No. He is in jail, silly. You're still looking for the "real killer" right?
lol
It is not like the indictments are going to be labeled '"FOR POLITICAL PURPOSES". None of the Trump indictments are labeled that way, but they are.None of the indictments are for "political reasons".
You should read them.
So you want a banana republic where politicians can commit crimes with no accountability? It is not like the indictments are going to be labeled '"FOR POLITICAL PURPOSES". None of the Trump indictments are labeled that way, but they are.
You fucking idiot. A banana republic is exactly where you find political prosecutions like the ones being leveled against Trump right now. I hope it hurts to be your level stupid. So you want a banana republic where politicians can commit crimes with no accountability?
Their are legal reasons explained for every single indictment which I doubt you read but likely were just told what to think about them by your media masters.
He said Floyd didn't die from suffocation. That part was hidden till a prosecuter on the Chauvin case had to testify under oath about it in another case. So we have innocent people in jail because you loons had to prosecute to make your feelings feel better. Proves that liberals are the scum of the earth.Yet other experts asserted that he did and under testimony Baker stated that Floyd did not die directly from his heart issues.
It also came out that Baker didn't see or hear of the video of the knee to Floyd's neck when doing the autopsy.
"Under cross-examination, Baker agreed with Nelson's statement that Floyd's heart disease, narrowed arteries and drug use "played a role" in Floyd's death, but he testified that those things did not directly cause him to die.
"Mr. Floyd's use of fentanyl did not cause the subdual or neck restraint," Baker said. "His heart disease did not cause the subdual or the neck restraint."
Thomas testified that such factors did not directly cause Floyd's death and that they are commonly included on death certificates for a "public health purpose."
Then this expert testified...
"A healthy person subjected to what Mr. Floyd was subjected to would have died," said Tobin, a lung and critical care specialist at the Edward Hines Jr. VA Hospital and Loyola University's medical school in Illinois."
Medical examiner who ruled Floyd's death a homicide blames police pressure for his death
"My opinion remains unchanged," said Dr. Andrew Baker, who ruled George Floyd's death a homicide. "It's what I put on the death certificate last June."www.google.com
Then anyone that questioned the 2016 election should be under indictments also.None of the indictments are for "political reasons".
You should read them.
Do you think it's legal to knowingly violate a subpoena? You fucking idiot. A banana republic is exactly where you find political prosecutions like the ones being leveled against Trump right now. I hope it hurts to be your level stupid.
Lol, didn't Hillary do that with the emails and phones that were requested?Do you think it's legal to knowingly violate a subpoena?
He said Floyd didn't die from suffocation.
That part was hidden till a prosecuter on the Chauvin case had to testify under oath about it in another case.
Negative. We have a murderer in jail and people like you don't like it because it was a cop killing a black man and normally they get away with it.So we have innocent people in jail because you loons had to prosecute to make your feelings feel better. Proves that liberals are the scum of the earth.
Nope. Then anyone that questioned the 2016 election should be under indictments also.
No but the fact that you pivot to Hillary is very telling.Lol, didn't Hillary do that with the emails and phones that were requested?
The prosecutors, the jury, the judge who could have ordered a directed verdict, and the appeals courts beg to differ and those are the only bodies who count.Nobody has agreed on such a thing. The judge simply entered judgment on the jury's verdict. All that was found is that the chokehold could have contributed to the death of that bitch, who had breathing troubles resulting from Covid-19 infection and heavy drug use. They didn't know that Floyd didn't die of suffocation, but a drug overdose.Strawman.
Not directly and who cares, that is what everyone said...
"She testified Friday that she trained Baker and that they were friends. Thomas said she agreed with Baker that Floyd died from cardiopulmonary arrest — the ceasing of heart and lung function — complicated by the way law enforcement held him down and compressed his neck."
(Same article posted above)
Are you saying the defense didn't have access to Dr. Bakers report?
Negative. We have a murderer in jail and people like you don't like it because it was a cop killing a black man and normally they get away with it.
The only time it's ok to attack cops is if committing seditious conspiracy and then it's thumbs up from your side.
