On the Democratic side of politics, people have heard of Vice President Biden, Secretary Clinton, and Elizabeth Warren(?)! On the Republican side, people have heard of Donald Trump, and the two Presidents named Bush: To their embarrassment. So now there is another unknown, from the state of Adventist(?), leading a poll for the GOP Presidential nomination.

There are no reports of campaigning ads, canvassing, volunteering, or other harbingers in any of the early primary states. There are polls, and so the news organizations don't need to spend a lot of money, covering anything. CNBC is having a Republican debate, ostensibly on the economy. One of the Koch brothers is not getting politically involved, so far: Possibly on that basis.

I really don't understand Carson's surge. Trump actually isn't losing support. He peaked around 30, but seems to be holding pretty steady around 25%. I listen to the Donald, and I think he really does identify real problems .... now his solutions? The most recent is his claim that he jawboned Ford into not building a factory in Mexico, but when Ford called him on bullshit, Trump just doubles down on his story that appears to be ... bs.

There are 435 House Districts. They are located in 50 United States. They usually hold primaries in the Winter and Spring. After the primaries, then there are National Conventions. The Communists, the Libertarians, Peace and Freedom, various socialist, various Tea, and the Democratic and Republican parties are all involved. The Teas are probably not very liberal. The Republicans are probably not very liberal. California doesn't have many Teas, or Republicans, for example. Mainly, Kevin McCarthy is a California Republican, in the House.

Now that the House Republican Attention is Bored With Benghazi, it can likely even be noted that the Obama Administration engagement of the local peoples of the Mideast even led to a cooperative effort to repulse the September 11, 2012, embassy attack: Using U. S. and Libyan combined efforts. The battle went on for nearly four hours, so it is not clear that a dozen or more marines would have been usefully deployed, at any rate. That is more or less the London embassy level staffing, the largest one the United States maintains.

There is a monarchy in London, even at this time, for example. Her Majesty only knows, most likely, what they are thinking(?). That is the crazy old woman who puts the jewelry on her hat.
