The latest batch of e-mails shows the Clinton campaign was 'forum shopping' - seeking different groups / agencies / people to declare her data / email content was not classified while Pattrick Kennedy was asking the FBI to 'relax classifications' on emails.
- The FBI has no jurisdiction / power to lower the requirements / criteria for what is classified or not.
FBI Quietly Releases 300 Pages Of Hillary Clinton Investigation Records
The e-mails show that The Clinton camp was aware of the concern over classifications of the information and potential damage to our national security and to those who may be helping us yet ignored them based on their own interpretations and the desire for expediency in her communications:
“While the email does not name the particular official, this might be deduced and, given the threat of violence in the region, any surmise could be fatal for whoever cooperated with us,” the official wrote.
“State will say no one will know if it is redacted, but that is not how classification works,” they added.
