The obvious problem with the assertion that Lois Lerner did something criminal.....is that using the standards conservatives are married to, the concept is unfalsifiable.

At the very least she destroyed evidence and any jury would have convicted her of that.

Says who? Again, the accusations against Lerner have been varied and vast. The evidence to back those claims......non-existent.

In other words, nothing can be done because of Civil Service rules and regulations.
