Well, I spent 2010 to 2012 working in northern Poland where fish is a big part of the diet and further confirmed by the local Sheraton's menu. Here are a few of the dishes I really enjoyed... (apologies for the quality, the company gave us Blackberry cellphones)

- breakfast: poached eggs and bacon

- grilled redfish with prawn rice spring rolls

- nigiri sushi set - 4x tuna, 2x prawn, 2x salmon
