First Deadpool killing agent Smith scene, didn't Deadpool shoot the 2 bodyguards in the original cut

I just watched Deadpool on one of the cable stations a while back and just now watched the same scene on youtube...I seem to remember when Deadpool kills Agent Smith, he first shoots the two bodyguards after dropping off of the pallets .... now, the scene has him using his swords?

Am I right? Was the original scene shooting or swords?

I think that's the normal way the scene goes. It could be that a different cut was used in the tv version for some reason, I suppose. Or maybe you remember the shooting the guards do as having been done by Deadpool?
