In space nobody can hear you scream, but back on Earth in the RT comment section the outcry of reality-rejecting flat earthers is loud and clear. Space exploration is a conspiracy, they say, and not even a groundbreaking spacewalk 360 will convince them otherwise.

The first-ever 360-degree footage captured during a spacewalk gives people an astronaut’s eye view of the planet from outside the International Space Station.

It was filmed in August by cosmonauts Sergey Ryazansky and Fedor Yurchikhin as they carried out hours of maintenance work on the low-orbit space hub.

While the breathtaking footage gives people the chance to gawk at the spherical beauty of our world, and view places such as the US and Cuba from above the surly bonds of Earth, not everyone is convinced it’s real.

A number of people, who apparently subscribe to the pre-3rd Century belief system that the world is a flat disk, have cried foul, labelling the footage ‘fake’ and the product of CGI.

My spiritual theory on why this phenomena is back:
People have been arguing that even science requires FAITH that the research and theories are actually consistent.
At any point we could discover errors or mistakes and change what had been taught in Science
(examples are like
* Brontosaurus aren't really separate types of dinosaurs, but were the combination of fossils from different species
* the sun didn't revolve around the earth, but the earth around the sun
* Pluto was really something else not a Planet)

How do we tell which is which? Which is the FALSE take on information and which is the ACCURATE one
that is consistent over time?

Until this is proven for each person, it remains FAITH BASED.

So the Flat Earth folks are here to remind us that it's still FAITH BASED.

It's just a humbling reminder that nobody has to believe the science we take for granted as established.
You can question anything.
Until YOU see PROOF that "makes sense to you" ANYTHING could be right or wrong.
You don't have to take ANYTHING on faith, you always have a choice to believe it "could be a different way."

OJ Simpson got off criminal charges because there is ALWAYS room for doubt.
Unless we were physically there and saw him, we ARE TAKING IT ON FAITH.

In the end, we are all believing theories based on faith in what we believe to be consistent.

We could be wrong, and it COULD be the other way around.

When I discussed this with one of my friends into the Flat Earth possibilities,
it was because of GREATER distrust of Masonic influence that caused the rejection of
the standard accepted "science" and opened the door to being open to other possibilities.
Largely due to politicized or religious DISTRUST and rejection of one group for "having an agenda"
while being biased and not treating the other groups as equally having their agenda.

So this skewed the person's perception of what to believe or not.

The solution is addressing the objections between groups causing mutual rejection.
One people remove that factor of fear, unforgiveness, ill will or hostile rejection
that is dividing and SEGREGATING groups from each other, that will reduce the biases
going on between people and in the media. We remove those Spiritual and Social barriers,
then the information we need can be FREELY shared to establish consistent truth.

We don't have this yet because the barriers are still strongly enforced by mutual
rejection and blame. We can't see past that to communicate because the distrust
is so thick it blocks and clouds the process. So that's why people stay stuck!

They don't have faith in the agenda of others, and the reason for judgment
and rejection continues to reinforce itself in a negative retributive cycle.

What will break this cycle is mutual forgiveness so correction can be received without fear.

And even that is faith based!

How enlightening! All this time I had subscribed to the idea that the earth was actually hollow and that there might be life in the interior.I did learn something new today.
