Due in part to federalism, any state, any county, can pretty much decide to do what they want to do in matter that are not explicitly enumerated and expatiated upon in the US Constitution.

But this doesn't mean that every decision is a good decision.

They want all flags banned including the American flag. The goal isn't to kill southern heritage but kill the nation of the United States. Or, are you a nativist?
