What I asked in my previous message in this chat is actually something that I have wondered about before. What if going all the way in defending yourself is the only way to stop someone from doing what they are doing to you? Why should a person be lawfully punished for putting a stop to the physical punishment that another person is giving them...especially when its been made as clear as glass that our "justice system" can't put a stop to it?
