Foley Family Says They Were Threatened By Obama Administration

As anyone who follows my posts knows, I'm not a fan of Obama or his administration. So, I read this story and now find I have misgivings about the title.


The family wanted to pay the ransom the barbarians demanded and the administration threatened them, telling them they could be prosecuted for doing so.


IMHO, paying ransom to thugs like them only encourages them to grab more hostages and demand ransom for their release. So, just perhaps, “urging” the family not to pay was the right move. [Threatening was certainly not.'
