Food Stamp Suspension for Rioters? Baltimore Legislative Efforts Start

If they were caught and charged for rioting then they must be punished as required.
If they weren't caught then they are the same citizens as others and they have the same rights that they had before riots.

It would be a feel-good thing to withhold any benefits from those who rioted.

Now, how do we:
1. Determine exactly who the rioters were?
2. Determine what members of their family also lose benefits....and for what reason?
3. What else to be done with those who lose benefits?
4. Deal with the lack of due process in taking benefits away?

Answer those questions and I'm totally cool with it.
