In one of those polls, I noticed that Biden has a 44% approval rating.

That is fucking mind boggling, that that many Americans think he's doing a "good job".

I'm not sure rigged is the appropriate word for it. This campaign started even before Trump was elected, the character assassination and mumbling by the talking heads on tv. The whole thing was certainly influenced by democrat operatives and the doj when inventing the Russia gate hoax, and assisted by the media. Some creative and selective prosecution strategy was surely agreed upon and the whole process seemed very professional and well planned, again aided by favorable press. I would say the whole thing was engineered to deliver a favorable outcome. I don't see how you can see it any other way, unless you can make yourself believe that the system suddenly discovered a lost passion for justice. If you can swallow that the rest should go down easy.
