Former FBI agent explains parallel construction and other tactics .

Still the court can throw out anything it deems to be a violation and any good defense lower will present that argument.

Even if they use it then it can be thrown out and rejected by the judge. Still , if they use this to find acceptable evidence of a crime then is it really that bad. Or is it just a technique to get evidence that will be acceptable in a court of law

Bottom line if they did commit a crime that as defined by a law but because they lack the evidence to prosecute then the person gets away with it.

It boils down to if criminals can get away with crimes because law enforcement is not following the rules , then is that making society any safer?

Even if they were to use this process, it should not stand on its own as proof of guilt. There should be additional collaborating evidence.

Can someone be convicted of a crime if there is no body? Yes it is possible but still difficult.

So I do not have a problem with it when there is other collaborating evidence to support that there was a crime.

If the person is innocent , then yeah it is a problem.
