If a 'journalist' throws a brick through a window, is it unconstitutional to arrest them?View attachment 108569
Four more journalists get felony charges after covering inauguration unrest
----------------------------
Act like a jackass and karma always comes back to bite you in your own ass.
The problem is were they really charged fairly. They are just journalist.
Luckily there's no freedom of speech in the US, otherwise this would be unconstitutional.
No, is there any evidence a journalist threw a brick through the window? Why would a journalist do that? The report states that the journalists were covering the event. They were corralled in with the protested and then arrested. They wording of the reports are similar if not identical, making unspecified statements about what was happening, NOT what the Journalists were doing.
Because they're a journalist means they're incapable of doing that? Why would anyone throw a brick through a window in that type of protest? For the left, they believe being mad justifies doing such things and the left wing media supports their temper tantrums.
