Everyone has the right to express his opinion, including presidents, and everyone has the right to advocate for the enactment of laws, including presidents; if you disagree with what the president advocates, you're also at liberty to express your opinion.
But a president expressing is opinion on an issue doesn't constitute 'politicizing,' unless you have evidence the president is expressing his opinion in bad faith, which you don't – all you have is subjective, wrongheaded partisanism and a ridiculous, unwarranted animosity toward Obama.
