General Motors Plans To Exclusively Offer Electric Vehicles By 2035

The lifetime impact of internal combustion vehicles vs electric vehicles, gives the edge to the electric vehicle.

However, during the manufacturing process, ev's have a harsh impact on the environment. The mining for metals for battery construction is very dirty.
This will become a very big issue worldwide when you consider the amount of mining needed once all vehicles are ev's and the demand becomes enormous.
The OP and other greenies will be back in a couple decades demanding the ev industry be killed.
In the end, they want us all living in urban areas, with a central government where mobility is by walking or bicycling, and the population is much easier to control. They hate rural America, rural inhabitants, and individualism.

If rural America inhabitants were rugged individuals, they wouldn't need government subsidized gasoline, diesel, paved roads, vehicles, electricity, water, education, innovation, internet, healthcare, food, etc.

If you weren't such a loser you could grow your own food. Look at it this way, if your little EV heaven happens, only food grown locally will be available to you.

Talk about a food shortage.

Enjoy your dystopian future.

This is very good news.

Infrastructure needs to be built to expand charging stations around the nation and I hope that happens.

Other auto makers are following GM's example and converting to 100% electric cars.

This is a good step in the right direction to combat climate change and the pollution that is killing our planet.

.

Here, parrot. Here is the truth about saving your planet with ev:

Now, shall we discuss the child labor (40% of the labor force) they are using to mine your ev dreams, so you can save the planet?
Polly want a cracker??

Fcking dumbfuck doesn't realize those farms pay taxes...and feeds him

Nearly every farmer relies heavily on Walmart, eBay & Amazon. Very few garden or grow their own food.

A whopping 40% of all food grown and produced in the U.S. is never eaten.

About 25% of U.S. farm products are exported each year.

EV's have nothing to do with farming.

However heavy batteries are better suited for farming than vehicles. The batteries would eliminate the need to add massive weights & fill tractor tires with heavy fluids to increase traction.

Plus the tractor battery could store enough wind & solar power to run the farm house & operation for a week.

Farmers are subsidized, negative tax sponges.

I own 1,000 acre farm in North East Missouri.

Walmart is packed with farmers like it's their social gathering hub.

Farming is a tax write-off for their regular income.

Bingo, give this man a prize. Diesel has to do with farming. Diesel also has to do with delivering those products to your cities. Diesel also runs the ships and trains that deliver all of those goods that you order from China that put OUR economy into a tailspin. Wake up wokester.

You Idiot. Ships don't run on Diesel. They run on Bunker Fuel.

Bullshit..... all of it.
Yeah right. I didn't just drill in 85 acres of wheat 3 days ago as cover crop to show my idiot tenant how it's done.

I wonder why the Menards parking lots overflowing onto grass fields if all the farmers are so self sufficient.

Do they run on batteries, moron? Nope--petroleum! Quit being obtuse and join the conversation. Fucking idiot.
After all you stupid fucks move back into the cities, stop fleeing to rural areas burning more & more fuel, there will be plenty for shipping. Plus ships can be nuclear powered.

Global Warming has dried up the Mississippi river & the entire western USA. So river shipping is stuck in the mud & crops are failing until this shit gets reversed.
