The "Bentley episode" was the breaking point.
If you haven't seen that, it shouldn't be hard to find on youtube.
Basically they were discussing electric cars, Rivera talks about he drives one and how much he likes his electric car. But Rivera being Rivera couldn't stop himself from twice saying it is a Bentley.
You can see Gutfeld struggling HARD to maintain himself over Rivera bragging about his $260,000 car. It wasn't even Gutfelds turn - and he exploded on Geraldo.
