As I said all along about Fox News. According to a close friend a political science professor at UCLA there will be a repercussions for this. He is already witnessing in his class how Fox News manipulate the American people. It's an irresponsible kind of journalism.

As I said all along about Fox News. According to a close friend a political science professor at UCLA there will be a repercussions for this. He is already witnessing in his class how Fox News manipulate the American people. It's an irresponsible kind of journalism.

But it should be remembered that Fox is not legally a news organization. The courts judged that they are not journalists and therefore, should not be held to the same standard as true journalism. As an entertainment network, they are allowed to lie.

The problem is as you say however - Those who watch Fox believe they are seeing hard news. Even those who know that it has been proven that Fox is truthful in only 18% of their stories are happy to be lied to and go back for more.

If you haven't yet watched this documentary, its a real eye-opener about how Murdoch and the Muslim Arab oil prince who controls Fox came to be. Especially telling is watching Murdoch at staff meetings.
