She has already disqualified herself from any case having to do with Trump, now this bonehead move:

Ruth Bader Ginsburg says Electoral College needs to be changed.

U.S. Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg lamented partisanship in Congress during a talk at Stanford University on Monday and said she hoped it would return to an era when “it was working for the good of the country and not just along party lines.”

Ginsburg did not address the nomination of Neil Gorsuch to the Supreme Court seat vacated by the late Justice Antonin Scalia or President Trump’s travel ban, which could end up before the high court. But she did say she would like to change the Electoral College, a comment that drew applause from the packed, 1,200-seat Stanford Memorial Church. She did not elaborate.

She is commie thru and thru. Tell her this picture taken on Trumps inaguration day. I forgot to post it. for real.

Ginsburg also announced to the country weeks in advance of the Obergefell Hearing that she felt it was time for all America to accept gay marriage: which was the question pending before her Court at the time: whether or not to require all 50 states to override their People's votes and force them to assimilate gay marriage. According to her own Ruling on Capteron v A.T. Massey Coal (2009), a judge may not indicate to the public any bias on a pending case; if they do, they are mandated to recuse themselves from sitting on that case. Ginsburg did not remove herself and so, breached due process in the highest Court of the land. Which is grounds for her immediate removal.

Ruth Bader Ginsburg: America is ready for gay marriage (Article February 2015..the Hearing was April 2015) Except that 35 states had voted DOWN gay marriage...including the most liberal state California...hardly a harbinger of America being ready for gay marriage. Her statement meant "ready to be forced to assimilate" gay marriage...by her manifest bias/judicial tyranny..

On that point alone she could be approached and warned of impeachment should she not step down. The fact that she was performing gay weddings at the time cases were making their way up is icing on that crumbling cake.. (picture from 2013)

She has proven beyond a doubt she makes rulings based upon her personal feelings instead of the Constitution.
