Giuliani wasn't conceding anything. Only a dishonest hack would say this.
He's simply saying the obvious.
This terrible crime that Democrats felt was so important to investigate isn't even a crime.
I mentioned this fact over a year ago. The press thinks this is some sort of admission of guilt.
Collusion isn't a crime.
Pointing out that simple undeniable fact isn't an admission.....just a fact.
This is why they refuse to investigate Hillary and the rest of the Democrats for colluding with the Russians, with Iran, with the media, with domestic terrorists.
Obstruction of justice is a crime.....but it's not obstruction if there is no crime to investigate.
The DoJ has been asked on numerous occasions to produce evidence of collusion and they can't or won't.
