Judging from the responses to your OP, I think it "has come to pass" that those who predicted that even if Trump went back on every promise he made, or position he claimed to hold, his base support would not leave him so long as what he did wasn't popular with democrats. And, ironically, he ran as an economic progressive who was not the bankers. LOLTrump hasn't accomplished anything notable yet. He's not delivered on anything he campaigned on, not even with his own party in control:
1. Heath care
2. A wall
3. Tax cuts
But in this case, that's a good thing.
But hey, good luck with that tax cut for the rich thingy while "self reliant" Texas asks the federal govt. for $125 billion while it has no state income tax and low sales and gas taxes. In other words, they want blue states to pay for their disaster, while their own piece of shit Congress critters voted NO on aid for NY/NJ after hurricane Sandy. The Bible thumpers said that hurricane was God's punishment for allowing gay rights and abortions. What's their bullshit excuse now?
