GOP House Majority Whip Steve Scalise Spoke At White Supremacist Conference

Scalise has admitted to having many of the same views as David Duke.

then if you live in his district and believe these lies, then don't vote for him next time.

Otherwise this is nothing but a bunch of political bullshit.

Appointing him as House Majority Whip is not a smart idea and the GOP is going to have to deal with the political consequences.

kinda like the dems have to deal with appointing pelosi and reid?

There is no story except the fact the knee jerk media took a liberal blogger's word that Scalice spoke to EURO and didnt fact check the fact that Scalise actually spoke to the Jefferson Parish Civics Association within the 2 hour timeframe EURO had their conference at the same hotel.
please post the truth stats for MSNBC, CNN, ABC, NBC, CBS, NYtimes, Wash post, etc. I think you will find that they are all less truthful than Fox, but you don't really care about that TRUTH do you?
They can't be posted because you are full of shit and those stats don't say what you proclaim. Anyhow, if they do than you should post them.

the so-called statistics about Fos are also bullshit. But you lefties made the claim, all I am asking is that you post the stats on the others. But again, fairness of reporting is not your agenda, now is it?
Once again, you are the one making claims you can't back up. If what you claim is true, show us a link that will back up your claim.

ok Liberal Bias In Media Chart - Business Insider
Your link has nothing to do with honesty or truth comparisons of the media sources you named. It doesn't even mention accuracy in reporting.

please look up the word "bias". biased reporting is inaccurate. I know its a difficult concept for the liberal mind, but maybe if you spend some time you might get it.

How so?

Because it sends a negative message to the electorate. It doesn't matter whether or not Scaliese actually holds the same views as David Duke at all. What matters is that he has been associated with David Duke and that is not the kind of association the GOP needs right now.

Politics is about messaging and if you send the wrong message it ends up costing you support. Granted the diehard base won't have a problem but the moderates and Independents will. If the GOP wants to win in 2016 they cannot afford this negative association that might alienate moderates and Independents IMO.

The article is a lie. What message does it send when liberals in the media continually lie?

Correct.

And this is an indication of an ongoing problem for the GOP, where the party seems unable or unwilling to deal with the racists that exist among its ranks, giving the impression they don't take the problem seriously.

David Duke was a state house representative. All politicians in the state associated with Duke one time or another either in a social setting or on the legislative floor debating bills. Politicians running for office even sought his voter rolls for their campaigns, even Governor Mike Foster. The fact is Scalice NEVER spoke to EURO and the media needs to set the record straight. Don't you agree?

How is Scalise speaking to the Jefferson Parish Civics Association on taxation racist?

Too bad bucko, the evidence is there in black and white.

That and Scalise apologizing for attending the event.

I guess you missed my post a few pages over. Scalise couldn't remember 12 years ago speaking to a specific group, especially after having hundreds of speaking engagements since then. Scalise accepted the medias fact checking and issued a quick apology (that was accepted by the head of the Jewish Anti-Defamation League) before he was told the truth that he actually spoke to the Jefferson Parish Civics Association instead of EURO which both conferences were held 2hrs apart from one another. The media needs to correct their mistake and retract their false accusations. Wouldn't you agree?

If the Democrats EVER get control again, he certainly could be voted into that position by you bunch of lunatics! But again, a LIBERAL diversion from the meat of the topic!

The evidence is he did not speak at that event.
The evidence is the whole thing is a propaganda ploy by Democrats. And only suckers fell for it. Like you.

Really? So why did Scalise admit that he spoke at that event?
