1. An audit of the DOD is way overdue. However, their numbers look suspicious. I'd rather hire a "Grace Commission II" to audit the Federal Government and straighten out the mess, including finding more revenue.

Social Security, worst case pays 79% of benefits thru 2090, then is bankrupt.
There are easy "fixes" if congress gets off its ass. Like raising the retirement ages a year or two, raising the cap, etc.
