NRA does not condone laws against brandishing a firearm to defend herself and her child. It’s a stupid leftist prosecutor who should have used judgement in not prosecuting the case.

Reminds me of a few years ago in NY when a mob was at a guys house threatening to burn his house down. He fired a shot in the air to disperse them. He was the only one who went to jail.

In both cases restraint was used during self defense, but big brother is punishing them for it.
