Nothing you're responding to is a refutation of Gowdy's claim. When you consider that everybody and their uncle (including Trump himself, to hear most lefties tell it) knew beyond a doubt that Hillary was going to win, and when you consider that the ongoing theory is that Russia has been trying to sow seeds of discord in our political system, it only makes sense to try and undermine Hillary. Why would you spend an inordinate amount of time attacking the credibility of a losing presidential candidate when you could spend those resources to undermine the person who's actually going to become president?

Gowdy hasn't said anything ground breaking, or even anything that most of the people analyzing this situation on the right haven't already acknowledged.
