So what did she say to him? Not that I'm justifying his actions. I have said many times no matter what someone says to you, it's no justification to put your hands on that person. Does it matter what she said? Even if they were in a heated argument and she called him the N word, should he not be charged with murder if he hit her in the face and she died?

I guess it will matter at trail. If it was truly a botched robbery then he will get the max. If it was an argument and she called him the N word maybe he will only get 3rd degree murder and 10-20 years.
