There is a certain level of justice administered by the prison environment, both inanimate and human.

We were probably already paying for his food, his healthcare, his drug treatment programs, and his "disability", not to mention all the welfare for his 6 kids with 5 different women.

So at least now, he won't be able to spread his seed for a few years.

I plan to aim for the torso, as I want to stop the criminal primarily, not kill him. If he dies, thats just a twofer.

the problem is that when all that adrenaline is flooding your body, and your vision starts to narrow and focus on the thing that alarms you and your hands start to feel weak and you knees need to be held firm with determination, why risk a head shot?

Go for the highest likely area that will bring down your assailant and dont get fancy.

But if you shoot them a couple of time to know effect, they could be wearing body armor, then go for the head of course.
