Wrong Jake First of all urging the military to disobey orders isn't a crime, if it were, please list the statutes. Second of all, if those orders are unlawful, disobeying them wouldn't be a crime.

Yes, you are wrong. Any good DA can come up with a charge sheet. And the defense is in the truth of the accused's charge. We can let a court martial take care of that.

A court martial has nothing to do with civilian charges . And a DA can't just make up charges. There has to be an actual crime charged.

You just make up things. In civilian court, the DA can use the law to create a lawful charge. The court martial for the officer already has. Trying to confuse matters won't help you.
