Unfortunately, hamas doesn't live by the same rules.

Civilian deaths appear to be a sign of victory to Hamas.
 

They have already broken international law and this constitutes a crime against humanity.

Palestinian delegate to the UNHRC Ibrahim Khreisheh has already acknowledged this.
