I looked it up, the truck driver was cited for squealing their tires, not a hate crime or anything related.

No one said the driver was cited for a hate crime. That is an example of what some have been charged with as a hate crime.

Maybe we need a Hate Crime Czar?

Uh no. Liberals removed the flag from DC Union Station and set it on fire. That's theft, not freedom of speech. I'm sure they broke a few other laws creating an open fire in public. Jail time for sure. Hate crime? I have no idea what that even is anymore.

There might be crimes based on hatred but so-called "hate crimes" are tailored to specific segments of society. It's not "equal justice under the law" as such and it's puzzling how they were never addressed by the Supreme Court.
