Under citizen pressure in Hawaii, the Navy has agreed to develop a plan to drain jet fuel from its leaking tanks in Red Hill — fuel that has poisoned water and sickened thousands on Oahu.

But The Navy still refuses to compensate victims or Shut Down Red Hill. Keep pushing.
