The way things are going you need conceal carry................

Most states CC laws don't allow for CC at political events.

Which apparently makes some of the Trumpsters so nervous they just have to hit somebody.

How should you behave at a political rally? Do you have a "right" to disrupt a rally? Do you have a "right" to scream or chant to try to keep the candidate from speaking and/or to try to prevent the audience from hearing the candidate? If you refuse to be quiet, doesn't the candidate have every right to have you escorted from the event?

On the other hand, does a candidate have a right to have you escorted from the event merely for holding up a sign, a sign that contains no profanity or offensive images? I ask because a person was escorted from one of Hillary's rallies for holding up a sign that merely said, "Yes, Ms. Clinton, it does make a difference."

Do you happen to have a link handy for this claim.... it would help...

More dishonest demagoguery. Are you ever going to talk about the rude, provocative conduct of many of the protesters at Trump rallies? Or does that not count? What percentage of Trump's supporters have gotten physical with protesters? Try less than 1/10th of 1 percent

And, again, even Bernie Sanders, to his credit, unequivocally said this morning on Face the Nation that, no, of course his supporters should not try to disrupt Trump rallies, and he called on his supporters to refrain from such conduct.

Sanders' responsible, civil position on proper conduct at political rallies shows what liberal wingnuts we have on this board, who have been unable to bring themselves to say what Bernie said but who have sought to excuse the provocative, disruptive behavior of the protesters.

I'd guess that, in general, people behave at rallies as they do in the rest of their lives, only a little louder.

Most people are there to joyfully participate in the spirit of the moment.

A few are there to annoy and insult and attack and disrupt. And shut down, if possible.

Yes. And just as in "life" everyone's actions have consequences.
Someone annoying and insulting and attacking people they have never seen is going to face a reaction from these innocent people.
Someone accosted my wife in the street once demanding cigarettes or the money to buy cigarettes. He grabbed my wife's arm.
I hit him so hard he literally lifted off the ground a foot. He flew backwards about four feet. When he landed he was unconscious. He was still in a coma a month later with a tube up his nose and on life support.
I think they ended up pulling the plug on him finally.
The cops took my statement and the statements of some witnesses.
They never even phoned me once afterwards.
I had a CC weapon and could have used it but why waste a bullet right?
