They are considerably more densely packed than we are... 88.2 % of the population is urban, compared to about 81% in the US. They have their very own "Alaska" only it's connected to the country. They are almost all on the southern part.

It's why they have like 10 less people per square km than the US. They ARE densely packed in the south, and not in the north.
