However, House Speaker Boehner is the one who is truly responsible for not allowing that to happen by keeping the House from voting to end the crisis by allocating the funds. It is now fully evident that Boehner much prefers the drama to continue with more child refugees to continue entering into the country than having the House vote to allocate the funds so necessary to nip this problem before it escalates any farther.

Apparently, it is you who doesn't understand economics as without the money, the funding to use to try to curb these problems you can't get to first base. The government wont solve anything with 4 billion. They will stay here most likely and these wont be all of them, there will be many more. There is obviously an agrrement between Mexico, Guatemala, Honduras to send these kids up through Mexico.
