Yes, Roe v Wade was overturned. It was a constitutional right to have an abortion that was established by roe v Wade. The recent court ruled it was not a constitutional right. When a ruling goes from ” is” to “ is not” that right is overturned. . States were ruling individually on abortion before roe v Wade.Besides, no one overturned RvW, they just moved the decision on how to handle abortions back to local state government so that there is no one-size-fits-all ruling and people have a choice and can expatiate it back to their state reps as intended by the Constitution.
