Buy now and be paid for when you’re older, perhaps?

Also, if you had a mortgage when these windfall pay months come around you might consider making additional principle payments rather than dreaming how to blow it instead.

Have never waited until the last moment to pay any bill. Most I usually wait is until the weekend that I get the bill on.
Thanks to that I have the highest credit score, if I maxed out my credit cards I could live for a few years and I can get a signature loan from the bank for the price of a new car.

Hey do what you want. But then wonder why a bank won't loan you money. Wonder what you will do when your vehicle kicks the bucket. Wonder what to do if the refrigerator stops.
Then when you get too old to work sit trying to make ends meet by eating dog food and trying to keep the temperature down so you can at least pay for the electricity the single light uses.

Sounds like me when I was twenty one. But I also had ten grand in a stock market account and was never in a hurry to blow money. On my twenty second birthday I was looking at buying my first house. Just a few of the reasons I retired at sixty and traveled the U.S. fulltime.
Don't get me wrong I spent lots of money when I was in my forties on cruises and such but by that time I was making what I spent on cruises in a months wages so no big deal.

My rent is not considered late until the 10th of the month. This month I get paid on the 13th and the 27th and get the next check on April 10th So the two checks in March are all for me and it will be so much money left over after the regular.

I think the last weekend in March I am going to be somewhere NAKED!!!! LOL

Ok but if i were your landlord and you waited until the very last day to pay me every month, i would totally curb you when the lease was up for renewal

Let me rephrase that, the rent is not late until the 11th. I have until the 10th

I soon will never have rrent again. I finally have a deal on my divorce and will get in my house for the first time in three years tomarrow morning. I will then need to fix and sell the house but there will certainly be enough left over to buy a small place for myself with no payment. I currently spend six months on lake erie and six months on the atlantic. I will likely buy a small house down south and continue to stay in my camper up north. My lot rent for the year there is only 750$. I think I will pay that till I die, love the people in my camp ground hope to be sippping coffee talking fishing in the morning there during the summer till the day I die. Of course after coffe we go fish! Good times!
