Does anyone think the Iraqi and Afghan wars were in a way a means in which to surround Iran because we seen the evil brewing there long ago? A strategic "just in case". Weigh in I need to know what America thinks.

Considering there's only a handful of troops left in Iraq, per the drawdown plan agreed to under Bush, it's not going to be a very effective envelopment.
