Zone1 If Kyle Rittenhouse Was Black

Rittenhouse was an underage kid, out after curfew, in a town he was not resident of, with an illegal weapon. Had he been black, he would meet the racist definition of a common black street thug.
Awwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww. Too bad you don't get to kill him yourself.

Given the source, there is no doubt that the facts are cherry picked, and pertinent information is
intentionally left out.
So I have to say....Apples and Oranges.
You cherry pick. I don't. The statement is from an attorney. There was nothing left out. But you want to pretend there is. This is a situation where a man feared for his life. But blacks don't get to defend ourselves thanks to the bias by some people in the white community.

The expected stupidity from the usual suspects...

You don't cherry pick! :laughing0301:

Don't be upset if I don't believe you. I know how this works.

Is that the one who raped five little kids, or was he one of the dead ones? Either way….karma.
Joseph Rosenbaum was the perv. Dead, dead, dead. Not nearly dead enough.

You don't get to kill people and walk away free.

Unlike Kyle Rittenhouse, Black People Can't Argue "Stand Your Ground," Attorney says

William ‘Marc’ Wilson, a biracial Black man, was convicted of involuntary manslaughter for shooting at a group of teens racially attacking him and his family on the highway. Wilson argued the shooting was in self-defense but his attorneys say that the “stand your ground” laws in Georgia are racially biased toward Black people, according to Yahoo! News.

In June 2020, at the height of racial tension in the country, Wilson fired his handgun at a group of white teens in a truck who were shouting slurs and trying to run Wilson and his family off the road. One of those bullets killed a 17-year-old in the back seat, reports say.

According to Georgia law, a person is justified in using force if they believe that said force is necessary to defend themselves.

For those who don't understand, this is an example of systemic racism.
“stand your ground” is just an imprecise way of saying “justification” or “self defense.” And it applies to all people, not just white people.

It isn’t an easy defense, either, for anyone. You basically have to concede that you did the acts. Then, if the jury doesn’t buy your claim of necessity, you’re fucked.

No Rittenhouse only fired at the people who were actually trying to kill him. The black man fired into a car hitting an "innocent" bystander sitting in the back seat. Even if he had hit the driver, he couldn't use stand your ground as a defense, he might have made a case for self-defense, but he was putting the passenger's lives at risk.

No you don't know. You assume. This happened in Georgia so I KNOW HOW THIS WORKS.

You pretend that reality doesn't exist.
