No, New York vs Ferber (1982) disagrees with the findings in Obergefell with regard to children involved implicitly in the concept of "marriage"..
Nope. Ferber doesn't find that same sex marriage harms children in any way. It doesn't even mention marriage in any capacity. Its a case about child pornography and free speech.
I'm not sure if you're just lying your ass off.....or if your illness has reached a phase where you genuinely saw passages in the Ferber decision that no one else can see.
Meanwhile, back in thoroughly verifiable reality, both Windsor and Obergefell found that denying same sex marriage hurts children. And that recognizing same sex marriage helps children.
You don't like the findings. So you ignore them. While making up claims in Ferber that simply don't exist. Neither is a legal argument.
